I figure it's time to update you as to my life plans.
I am going to University of New Hampshire next year. I just feel like it's better suited for me and i'll be happier in the long run. i mainly wanted to go to Towson to spite everyone that said "that's too far away" or "that's not a good area"
i did like the school a lot, but i realized that i'd probably be more comfortable in a smaller setting.
So that's that.
aside from this OT program issue, which turns out to be not much of an issue at all.
OT is a 3+2 program, so you can do 3 years of something related and then move on to OT.
so at first i was like okay, i can deal with that, i'll do 3 years of early childhood education and keep reapplying for the OT program every year and if i dont get in, i am fine with doing my last two years are Sage or someplace of the sorts.
BUT THENNNNN
I emailed the school asking to switch my major to early childhood education and i briefly opened my little note by mentioning that i did not get into the OT program...
so the head of the OT department emailed me and said that i can still take the courses and just not be "in the program"
i just have to email the professor and get ppermission to take them, which he said should not be any problem at all.

TL;DR IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER IF I AM NOT OFFICIALLY IN THE "PROGRAM".

aside from that...
lately i have been having a hard time getting over things.
like the whole courtney in our limo for prom situation.
i dont thin i have talked about this yet. i could go on all day, because like i said, I JUST CAN'T GET OVER IT!
here's the cliffs notes version of what happened (to the best of my knowledge)
-Alex said that he could hook us up with a deal on a limo, so he was in charge of that
-one day, he was telling us all about it at jess' locker and evidently courtney was listening in at veronicas locker
-she took this as an invite
-we're all paying alex $15 every friday for a few weeks rather than just giving him all the money at once, so originally we had to give a $10 down payment to commit to out seat or whatever
-courtney gives alex $10, he is all :what is this for" she is all "the limo" and he's all "whaaaaat"
-personally, i didnt care. she doesnt talk to me anyways so whatever! it's just awkward because she doesnt hang out with any of us or act like she's friends with us

this is where it gets exciting.

-she did not pay alex 3 weeks in a row so alex told her that she had to have $45 to him by the end of the week or she was out
-she claims that she is paying her dad and grandma's hospital bills.
this is an obvious lie for several reasons
1. HER MOM HAS A JOB! i know for a fact that her mother would not give her a nice car and then make her pay her dads hospital bill
2. her dad is sickly, yes, HOWEVER, she was JUST talking about how he got a new job and was much better

so then she pulled the "DO YOU WANT MY DAD TO DIE?!" card. um no, if your dad is really that ill, maybe you shouldnt be spending that much on a limo in the first place? ever think of that?
then she comes in the next day and gives alex
$15 in PENNIES, DIMES AND NICKELS.
I CANNOT GET OVER THIS!!!
she was trying to be a little smart alec by doing that and she expected him to accept that?
he gave it back to her and asked her to take it to the bank and exchange it for bills and she was like NO, I'M NOT DOING THAT! in a very snotty voice
then he said fine, then you're out. and she was all FINE, WHATEVER!!!
BUT THEN THE NEXT DAY!!!!
she gives JULIANNE $15 in cash.
WHAT?!?!?!? I DONT GET THIS!!!! YOU TRY TO BE A SMART ALEC AND PISS EVERYONE OFF AND YOU STILL WANT TO COME WITH US?!?!? THIS MAKES NO SENSE TO ME!! YOU CAN"T JUST BE A LITTLE BITCH AND THEN EXPECT EVERYONE TO BE OKAY WITH IT!
I CAN'T GET OVER IT!!!!!!

the other thing i can't put into words and therefore cannot get past is
HOW OBNOXIOUSLY ANNOYING THAT KID JAMES RICHMOND IS!
from sociology (you know you don't like him).
he always has a comment for EVERYTHING
he thinks he knows EVERYTHING
he thinks he's special for taking AP US and insists on mentioning "APUSH"(which is the most obnoxious name ever. just say "AP US" or simply "US")
and he always seems really satisfied with himself
i think he's one of those people that talks just to hear their own voice.

on a brighter note,
i was talking with Tyler about computer games that we used to play when we were younger and i remembered how much i loved some of them'so i looked when i got home and found...
TREASURE COVE!!!! please tell me you remember this game. it was probably THE BEST game ever.
with Mookie, Zoombinis, Little Bear and all of The Sims close behind.
i also loved the jumpstart, barbie and arthur games.
oh man, childhood was the bomb diggity.

omg she sounds like a 4 year old in her mothers heels.
his girlfriends can never walk properly.
this irritates me to no end. i want to take her to macy's and let Charles teach her to walk in heels. he told me i was great at it :P

besides that
i'm going to UNH monday

today i went to the fabric store with Logan and Cam to help them pick out flannel.
they are trying to be like ~lumberjack chic or something
it's not cute. they're getting all these GIGANTIC flannel jackets and shirts (passed down from people such as my grandpa)
so i told logan he needed to get some that actually fit him and were fashionable from urban outfitters, or he needed to stop wearing them.
he said they were too expensive, so we met in the middle and decided to have my grandma make some for them.
SIGH. boys. so stupid.
i also got fleece to make them both blankets. aren't i nice?

logan thinks that when my parents go away in novemeber, we're going to have a "banger" at our house.
he was like "you invite all of you not-lame friends, and i'll invite mine. seriously" and i was like ummm none of my friends are into partying, sorry to say.
i repeat: boys are so stupid.

my haircut doesn't look very good. maybe i'm just opposed to change.
she gave me real bangs, but then i think she realized they looked funny and side swept them slightly.
so i can wear them either way.
but my hair is super thin/fine so real bangs look wispy and hannah montanna-esque.
plus they just accentuate how large my forehead and nose are.
whatever.

i finally got my pictures back. i am regretting my decision. ohhh well!

we really need to get cracking on the pumpkin launch.

I'd just like to reiterate the fact that it's amazing how quickly things can change.
i feel like crying, actually.
but i dont feel like talking about it, because that would require me to tell the whole story, and i don't want to do that.
i don't know why i even care. i'm telling myself that i don't, and i thought i had myself convinced...but i don't. a little teeny piece of me does care. a huge piece of me wants to falcon punch you for being such a tool.

PS. it's supposed to snow tomorrow, and i was going to wear open toed shoes. i hate new york.

i just bought a car. and this one is actually legit.
96 honda accord
greenish blueish
nothing wrong with it, really aside from some scrapes and a noise that my dad said is nothing to worry about.
the only thing that i don't like is that it smells like smoke, so my allergies are going to be bad, but it wasn't like overwhelmingly smokey, so maybe if i let it air out it will go away.
i paid half today and i have to figure out when i can go back down to get it. sometime this week. yay.

I finished my college essay.
It's pretty good, to be honest.
the power went out (for 6 hours) when i was halfway through it, but i hand wrote it while waiting for power to return.
I'm pretty proud of myself.
i made a joke about having fanny fatigue, which shows that i'm snarky
but i'm also capable of writing something serious.
i hope i get in!

have i mentioned how much i enjoy LJ Hook? it makes my life a lot easier.

this wish list contains many items that i have no use for, but i wish i did.

they look a little hookerish there, but with the right dress or skirt or black skinny jeans they would be fierce.

it only looks good from the back. i don't like the front.
